This role focuses on providing support to brokers by liaising with owners and charterers to progress concluded fixtures in all aspects of post-fixture operations, resolving queries and managing the Division’s administrative systems.

To succeed in the role you should have experience in similar roles, be self-motivating, have excellent communication, organisational, numerical and written skills, and have the ability to manage client relationships, meet deadlines and work with a range of IT applications.

Operator required for COA and spot fixture management, voyage updates, KPI (statistical reporting) on a monthly/quarterly basis, production of laytime statements and liaising with charterers and owners.
- Applicant requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in vessel operations or port agency together with flexibility and willingness to travel. You should be organised and methodical with an eye for detail, great communication skills, a proactive work ethic and good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
