Nick Harrison heads Natural Gas Division

Nick Harrison has been appointed head of Clarksons’ Natural Gas Division, which serves international clients ranging from power utilities, energy companies and oil majors to governments and financial institutions. A senior manager with extensive knowledge of energy markets and international shipping, he has had a variety of different roles with Shell and associated companies. Most recently, he was General Manager, Nakilat Shipping ( Qatar) Ltd. Previously he was general manager of North West Shelf Shipping, a technical adviser to Nigeria LNG, and head of business development, strategic planning, Shell International Marine. His first job was with Drewry Shipping Consultants after he left Bristol University with a BSc in economics and statistics, and he then joined Shell Coal International as shipping analyst.
