In this context we have considerable expertise in assisting investment companies in Europe in general and in Germany in particular.

The scope of our work includes recommending the type of vessel in which to invest, identifying potential targets for acquisition and negotiating the sales and charter employment contracts.

The team have a worldwide network for sourcing projects, vessels and charters.

Another important aspect of our work is providing advice and raising debt for third party clients. For example, the team may help raise debt for a series of newbuildings, arranged with international shipping banks on terms substantially more favourable than the clients can secure on their own.

We also act as advisers to financial institutions on shipping investments, as well as providing practical assistance for clients in developing shipping markets.
